General Questions/New to Joomla! 4.x • Joomla Fields tel: link

Hi

I've got a simple question. How do i make phone number into a tel link in joomla fields?

I assume that I'd create a URL field, and under schemes pick tel but the tel option isn't available. Hence I'm thinking I have to create a tel scheme - but how?
